This weeks cakes were a varied bunch! A princess theme, a Communion and Spidey....I got a bit frustrated with Spider man as there is only so much you can do to decorate...but he was actually a nice change and gave me a challenge...I used poured sugar to get the glass effect, it looks like liquid still, which is interesting, but its hard to work with....I don't get to do a lot of boy cakes.

Ive really been working on my flowers and butterflies, as this birthday cake shows...its full of spring and summer blooms.
